Problem:
Some users have reported that after setting up PAL 2.0, the PAL 2.0 Instructions service set identifier (SSID) appears
causing a disconnect to PAL 2.0.

Problem:
The computer occasionally does not hibernate and you receive an "Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete
the API" error message. This problem typically occurs when the computer uses 1 gigabyte (GB) or more of RAM.
Solution:
Download the Microsoft hotfix. Go to:

Problem:
Touch pad scrolling does not work in Firefox, but works fine in other
applications.
Solution: Download the latest Synaptics Touchpad Driver from HP for

Problem:
HP has released a security update due to a security
vulnerability with the HP Quick Launch Button software.
