Course includes: --Using the calendar, including: Scheduling, working with appointment views and options, recurring appointments, coding and categories --New features for viewing and sharing multiple calendars, setting permissions, working with meetings and groups schedules. |

Current ability to use Outlook email and calendar features. |

Course Description:

Special, short overview session of new Outlook 2003 features for previous 2002 users. Some hands on practice, focus is mostly a demo of new features: - New Navigation Pane - Reading Panes - New Right Click Features - Improved Message Alert - Quick Flags - Improved Global Address Book - New Look and Feel of the Calendaring Features This session will not teach how to use email or calendars, but is forcused on current Outlook users migrating to the new version. Detailed hands on experience will be provided in the other email and calendar course offerings. |
